Hutson formed, in it’s current incarnation, in mid-2009. Bryan Larson, and Tony Collver brought their library of unfinished songs to Andrew Nelson shortly after parting ways with their drummer of several years. They all quickly realized that there was a record that needed to be made and decided to hunker down and record their debut EP “Reland”. Andrew reached out to his friend and local producer Bryan Daste at the Magic Closet Studios, who guided the band through the recording and production process. The fruits of their labor is an energetic mix of the bands folk songwriting sensibilities, mixed with classic rock guitars, swimming over a stout rhythm section and steel guitar. The new Hutson EP "Reland" is officially released on April 23rd, 2010. Hutson is currently touring in support of it, while also working on new material for a future full-length album.
